What's Included: Oven cabinet: 24 ½” wide Depth: 25 ¾” with doors (exterior, front to back) 89 3/9” high excluding adjustable feet – which add 5 ¾” – 6 ½” (all included) Upper Cabinets: 13” deep (front to back) + doors (approximately 13 ¾” with doors) (1) 15 ¾” wide x 35 ½” high (1) 31 ½” wide x 35 ½” high (1) 15 ¾” wide x 52” high – metal front – perforated stainless steel. Lighted inside. Base Cabinets: 23 ¾” deep + door (approximately 24 ¾” total) 28 3/8” high excluding legs. (1) 15 ¾” wide with 1 top drawer (divided insert) and 1 pull-out garbage can below (1) 15 ¾” wide + 1 ¼” extension (total 17”) 5 drawers (1) 31 ½” wide with 3 drawers: top drawer has divided insert; 2 lower drawers have pegboard bottoms and adjustable pegs to separate dishes.   These cabinets feature soft-closing drawers. Even if the drawer is slammed, it stops itself just before closing and pulls itself in gently and quietly.   Oven cabinet: 24 ½” wide Depth: 25 ¾” with doors (exterior, front to back) 89 3/9” high excluding adjustable legs/feet – which add 5 ¾” – 6 ½” (all included)   Concrete countertop: 64 ¼” x 25 ¾” x 1 ½”. This is the side of the oven cabinet, where the countertop and cabinets were installed next to it. These marks should not be noticeable once it's reinstalled.

Shipping/Transporting: 
We will gladly work with the buyer (or buyer's shipping company) to assist in pick up arrangements, but the buyer is responsible for loading and transportation of this item. It's located in Tunkhannock, PA (zip 18657).

Payment/Pick up:
Payment must be made by certified funds. Payment is due and items must be removed within 7 days of the close of auction. Extended storage is available at a cost of $50/month.

*PA residents must add 6% sales tax.
