This kitchen is in very good/excellent condition.
However, it is a used kitchen and may show wear consistent with normal
use. Any damage or excessive wear is noted in the description. We were
told all appliances work, but everything is sold "as is" without
warranty.

Shipping/Transporting:
We will not ship this item. We will gladly work with the buyer (or buyer's
shipping company) to assist in pick up arrangements, but the buyer is responsible for
transporting this item.
The kitchen is stored in a storage facility less than 1/4" off
I-81 at exit 206 (to estimate travel distance, the address is Nicholson,
PA 18446). Payment/Pick up:
Payment must be made via certified funds
(cashier's check, money order, or cash upon pick up). A 25% deposit is
due within 7 days of the close of auction. Unless other arrangements are
made, the balance is due within 14 days of the
close of auction or deposit will be forfeited. This kitchen is
currently in a rented storage facility where it may remain at a cost of $98/month
(paid directly
to the owners of the facility).
*PA residents must add 6% sales tax.
Please note: While we appreciate the
serious interest of individuals who request that we end an auction
early for private sale, in fairness to all ebay users, once an item
has been listed, we will not end the auction to make a sale. We hope

form to contact backup bidders from one of my closed auctions, offering
a "second chance" offer on the item I had listed. This was done without
my knowledge or consent and the item was not available (the
winning bidder had completed the transaction). Please be sure to verify
